We want you to be completely satisfied with your lighting purchases. Due to the electrical nature of these products, please review this policy carefully.
Return Window & Condition
You have 30 days from delivery to initiate a return. Items must be in new, unused condition, in their original, undamaged packaging with all parts and accessories intact. For electrical items, this means the product must not have been plugged in or used.
Non-Returnable Items

Used items: Any lamp that has been plugged in, used, or shows signs of operation .

Custom orders: Special order items cannot be returned unless defective .

Final sale items: Products marked "Clearance," "As-Is," or "Final Sale" .

Missing/damaged packaging: Items cannot be returned if original packaging is not intact .

Items damaged due to customer misuse or accidents .
Return Process & Fees

Contact us for a Return Authorization (RMA) number within 30 days. Returns without RMA will not be accepted .

Pack items securely in original packaging with all protective materials and parts .

Customer pays return shipping. For large floor lamps, costs may be significant. We recommend trackable, insured shipping .

A 10-15% restocking fee may apply .

Refund issued within 10 business days after receipt and inspection . Original shipping fees non-refundable .
Damaged or Defective Items
Inspect your package immediately upon delivery. If any item is damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with clear photos of the damage and packaging. For electrical items, do not attempt to use if damaged . We'll arrange a replacement or refund.
Missing Parts
If your lamp arrives missing bulbs, hardware, or parts, contact us within 7 days. We'll ship missing parts free of charge.
