Shipping Policy

1. Processing
Orders processed Monday–Friday (excluding holidays). Processing: 1-3 business days.

2. Shipping Destinations & Carriers
Contiguous US only. Carriers: USPS, UPS, FedEx; floor lamps may ship via freight carriers .

3. Costs & Delivery
Calculated at checkout. Free standard shipping on qualifying orders. Delivery estimates: 5-10 business days (parcel), 7-14 days (freight) .

4. Packaging

  • Desk Lamps: Boxed with foam inserts; glass shades individually wrapped .

  • Floor Lamps: Flat-pack boxes with protective padding; may require assembly .

  • Nightlights: Individually wrapped with padding; boxed for protection .

5. Damage Claims
Inspect external box for damage upon delivery. For freight deliveries, note damage on receipt . For concealed damage, contact us within 48 hours with photos . Keep all packaging .

6. Order Changes
Cancel/modify within 24 hours . Orders shipped cannot be canceled.
