1. Products & Orders

  • We sell lighting products: desk lamps, floor lamps, and nightlights.

  • Prices in USD. We may correct errors or change prices anytime.

  • Product images are illustrative; actual colors may vary slightly due to monitor settings .

  • You must be at least 18 years old to purchase.

  • We may cancel orders due to inventory limits, pricing errors, or suspected fraud.

2. User Responsibilities & Safety

General Electrical Safety:

  • Read all instructions before first use .

  • Do not use with damaged cords or plugs .

  • Keep away from children .

  • Unplug when not in use for extended periods .

  • Do not use in wet or damp locations unless specified .

For Desk/Floor Lamps:

  • Use only with recommended bulb type and wattage .

  • Ensure lamp is on stable, level surface (especially tall floor lamps) .

  • Keep flammable materials away from bulbs .

  • Allow bulbs to cool before touching .

  • Do not exceed electrical ratings .

  • Position cords safely to prevent tripping hazards .

For Nightlights (UL 1786 Compliance) :

  • For indoor use only .

  • Plug directly into outlet (not power strips or adapters) .

  • Ensure plug blades are fully inserted .

  • Check regularly for overheating .

  • Do not use if outlet is loose or damaged .

  • Keep away from curtains and flammable materials .

3. Product Safety Compliance
Our products comply with applicable U.S. safety standards:

  • Nightlights: Meet UL 1786 safety requirements .

  • Desk/Floor Lamps: Comply with UL 153 .

  • LED Products: Meet UL 8750 .

  • Energy Efficiency: Meet DOE requirements per 10 CFR 430 .

4. California Proposition 65 Warning
Some lighting products may contain chemicals known to the State of California to cause cancer, birth defects, or other reproductive harm. When applicable, a Proposition 65 warning will be displayed.

5. Intellectual Property
All site content is our property and protected by copyright laws.

6. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages from product use or misuse (e.g., electrical issues, burns, fire, injuries from tipping).

7. Governing Law
Governed by laws of the state in which seller is based.
